the staff were very helpful and approachable. they were courteous and responsive to all queries. the room was clean and the towels were changed as scheduled. the rooftop pool was nice and clean with a view of the airport

the front desk staff were helpful , and i especially appreciated pritam's cool and always smiling demeanor. paras at reception also provided helpful service. esther was lovely and exquisite , and overall , all the staff were helpful and wore smiles constantly. the chef was accommodating even though breakfast had limited options. room service was always on time , and the room remained clean with items replaced immediately .

the restaurant staff showed willingness to assist , and ms saditha was always smiling and ready to help any customer. sarina surprised us with a non-vogue cake after breakfast , a great service. patrick at the front office was very helpful , quickly making rooms available after seeing us waiting.
